- Q1What sort of deadline for booking is there?
- A Provided that we have an available aircraft and can arrange for a crew and mechanics, we accept bookings up to the day before. If your plans are already fixed, however, we recommend that you contact us at least 10 days before your desired flight date.
Additionally, if you want to take off and/or land at a location other than an airport or public heliport, it is necessary to apply to the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau for a temporary off-airfield landing site permit. As it takes about three weeks from submitting the application to obtaining permission, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
- Q2How many people can board the aircraft?
- A The number varies depending on the type of aircraft.
A small aircraft can hold 5 passengers while a larger aircraft can hold 11.
The number of passengers may be reduced, however, depending on the total weight of passengers and baggage or various other conditions.
- Q3What is your cancellation policy?
- A Our cancellation policy is as follows.
(1)From 10 days to 4 days before the flight date: 25% of the contract price
(2)From 3 days to 1 day before the flight date: 75%
(3)On the day of the flight: 100%
- Q4Could you explain the preflight flow?
- A (1) You contact us. (When making contact, please provide the following information as far as possible: (a) date, (b) route and (c) number of passengers.)
(2) We will send you a quotation.
(3) After receiving your formal request, we will send you a flight contract and invoice.
(4)We usually ask full payment in advance.
Upon confirmation of payment, we will arrange and secure the aircraft and crew.
(5) We will ask you to provide information (passenger information, etc.), as necessary, before the flight.
(6) Once we have all the necessary information, we will send you a Trip Sheet.
(7) On the flight day, please come to the meeting point by the time specified on the Trip Sheet.
*We will inform you as and when necessary of any other procedures, etc. required for the flight.

- A The amount of baggage (weight, size) varies greatly depending on the type of aircraft.

- Q7Where can you take off and land in Tokyo?
- A Currently only at Tokyo Heliport (Shinkiba).
- Q8What happens if the weather is bad?
- A Our helicopters are operated under Visual Flight Rules (VFR) that require the pilot to be able to navigate visually in safe weather conditions. So, the helicopter may not be able to fly depending on the weather that day.
If all or part of the flight has to be cancelled due to bad weather or some other unavoidable reason, we will make a refund.
Please be aware , however, that we will charge you for any costs that have already incurred.If the weather forecast indicates a possibility that the flight may be affected, we will advise you before any costs are incurred.
